Uber came up with its New Logo and Mission Statement

Uber has redesigned its logo again. Two years ago the Uber resigned its logo with the Graphical image of U. Once again it has resigned its logo and the mobile app. It also changed its mission statement “Make transportation as reliable as running water, everywhere, for everyone” to the new statement “We ignite opportunity by setting the world in motion.”

The company said that the previous logo didn't continuously connect with the customers for some reasons. The Uber's new logo has the wordmark version that just uses the company’s name "Uber" in the sans-serif font. Also, the company have saved the license fees. 


The Uber's speakers man said that "We’re excited to unveil a new, simplified logo for the Uber app that brings back the U, is easily recognizable, and is scalable across the 660 plus cities we serve." The company’s new logo will hit the Uber and Uber Eats apps today, and other changes to Uber’s design language will roll out over the next few months.

Recently the company has done some important move such as appointing its first chief marketing officer Rebecca Messina, and also announced the new order of the safety features.
